Ruth Roche
Since arriving in New York City in 1990, Ruth Roche has reached the top of her profession as a hairstylist. Salon owner, editorial stylist, platform artist and educator, Ruth's work has appeared in magazines such as Harper's Bazaar, Elle, Vanity Fair, Interview, Self, More and Cosmopolitan, to name a few. Represented by Artists by Timothy Priano, Ruth maintains a busy freelance career.
Her celebrity clients have included Sheryl Crowe, Claire Danes, Lyndsay Lohan, Kelly Ripa, Geena Davis, Mariska Hargitay, Laura Linney, Sharon Stone, Mischa Barton, Amerie, Natalie Maines (Dixie Chicks), Mya, Tracie Thoms, Rosie Perez and Joan Cusack. She has worked with reknowned phtographers such as Annie Liebovitz, Gilles Bensimon, Raphael Mazuco, Terry Richardson, Timothy White, Rod Spicer and Mike Ruiz. Her creations have been seen on runways of many designers during New York's famed Fashion Week.
In 2003, Ruth opened RARE Salon in NYC's downtown hotspot, Tribeca, marking another milestone in her career. She and the RARE team have quickly become a neighborhood favorite. Also home to the RARE Academy, the space is the perfect place for fellow stylists from around the country to learn, grow and fuel their creative fire.
With almost two decades in beauty, Ruth has been honored multiple times by the North American Hairstyling Awards, including Master Stylist of the Year and is featured in the newly released documentary, "Stars Behind the Chair: The Leading Ladies of Hair." She raised the bar at Redken as global artistic director of design and previously for renowned British hairdresser Trevor Sorbie. She has travelled the world for both companies, and now RARE, sharing her experience and new techniques with fellow professionals. She has become a master in her field with a following unlike any other.

Part Super Model, part Rock-and-Roll, Bradley's personality is as colorful as his hair! He first met Ruth while working with renowned Brit-stylist Trevor Sorbie. Originally from Washington State, he joined the RARE NYC team in 2002, traveling the globe with Ruth sharing the latest cutting and styling techniques with hair dressers. His editorial work has been published in Vanity Fair, Oyster, Self, Gotham, Capital File, People and US Weekly Magazine. He recently shot a national ad campaign for Rampage with renowned photographer Gilles Bensimon and super model Petra Nemcova. Represented by Artists by Timothy Priano, Bradley often appears on NY 1's Weekend Makeover program, and as RARE artistic director, he oversees all in-house training of the RARE team, and co-facilitates all classes at the advanced academy. Bradley does it all- cut, style and perfectly natural looking extensions. He comes up with new looks time and time again, and his fiercely loyal clients always get something great, up-to-date and hot!
